Sales Lead (SLPT) -Lane Bryant
About The Position
As a Sales Lead, you create an engaging environment for associates and customers and partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans. You help cultivate a store environment where operations run smoothly, the store looks fabulous, and associates are trained and motivated to reach their potential. With your operational knowledge, you can step into the Manager role when needed, guiding the team with support from store leaders. The role involves welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and supporting their shopping experiences; sharing product and service knowledge; and empowering associates to exceed customer expectations through the company selling model. You also support store leadership with daily operations, associate coaching and onboarding, business results, scheduling and payroll productivity, team communications, task prioritization, brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies. This is a regular part-time position at Lane Bryant Store 6853 at Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. The pay range is $11.41–$15.88 per hour.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of retail experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Passion for styling and enjoyment of working with people.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Proficiency with technology, including accurately operating store systems.
Responsibilities

- Share daily communications with store teams and prioritize tasks as needed.
- Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
- Follow brand guidelines, operational requirements, and asset protection policies.
