About The Position

The Sales Lead, Local FM drives new business growth for Cushman & Wakefield’s Local FM business within an assigned market. This role builds and manages a new-business pipeline, sells Local FM services—including engineering, soft services, and workplace experience—to local and regional occupiers, and is accountable for revenue and contribution margin goals. Cushman & Wakefield provides eligible employees access to benefit programs that generally include health, vision, and dental insurance; flexible spending and health savings accounts; retirement savings plans; life and disability insurance; and paid and unpaid time away from work. Eligible employees are also offered competitive pay. The stated compensation range is $153,000–$180,000, subject to factors such as location, experience, and qualifications.
