About The Position

In this role, you will act as the bridge between our customers' biggest challenges and our world-class services. You’ll drive business generation by expanding our footprint with existing clients and welcoming new partners into the fold. By aligning closely with our operations and customer success teams, you will ensure unparalleled customer satisfaction and identify unique opportunities to co-create custom products with our clients. If you're ready to hit performance targets while delivering genuine value, we want you on our team. This is not a remote role and does require in office presence.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years’ experience in sales or operations within logistics, freight forwarding, warehousing, or OEM/equipment industries
  • Excellent relationship building skills and stakeholder management
  • Superb communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized and self-motivated with ability to plan and coordinate workflows
  • Possesses a robust understanding of logistics business frameworks alongside practical operational execution

Nice To Haves

  • Maritime or International Business Degree desirable

Responsibilities

  • Grow and manage Industrial accounts across all Wallenius Wilhelmsen products and services, driving strategic business generation initiatives.
  • Leverage existing accounts to increase service adoption and secure a higher share of logistics spend in line with corporate targets.
  • Actively target, pitch, and onboard new industrial accounts to expand market share.
  • Ensure customers build strong, trusting partnerships with our internal Operations and Customer Success teams to maximize long-term satisfaction.
  • Partner closely with clients to identify specialized logistics requirements and collaborate with them to co-create custom Wallenius Wilhelmsen solutions.
  • Collaborate with your immediate manager to establish, track, and consistently achieve rigorous commercial performance targets.
  • Meet performance targets, drive new business growth, and increase profitable market share within the Industrial segment.
  • Manage the end-to-end commercial process, including contracting and establishing profitable rate agreements.
  • Maintain real-time pipeline accuracy and customer history within the CRM tool, while sharing valuable market intelligence across the organization.
