About The Position

Atlas Trillo Heating & Air is looking for a Sales Lead Coordinator to join their team in San Jose, CA. This role involves representing the company as an internal selling agent, acting as the first point of contact for potential customers, and managing the sales process through to payment.

Requirements

• High School diploma, or GED equivalent.
• 1-3 years of general office or sales experience.
• Related experience and/or advanced training or any equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted.
• Strong computer and multi-line phone proficiency.
• Availability to work a Thursday - Monday schedule from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Self-motivated with a great work ethic.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Inside sales or lead generation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule sales appointments for in-field sales professionals.
• Follow up on hot, warm, and cold leads to fill the sales team's schedule.
• Contact customers before in-home sales presentations to set expectations.
• Communicate with in-field sales professionals throughout the day to provide assistance from the branch office.
• Follow up on customer quotes and address any related needs.
• Process completed paperwork, including electronic and manual forms.
• Handle a fast-paced role with heavy phone volume and occasional tight deadlines.
• Meet and exceed expected sales targets.
