To keep our high-performing sales engine running smoothly, we are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales/Inventory Coordinator to join our team. As our Sales/Inventory Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our sales and logistics pipeline. You will bridge the gap between sales, inventory, and customer service—ensuring data integrity in our CRM, managing vital paperwork, and keeping our heavy equipment moving seamlessly from the lot to the customer.

Requirements

  • Three years experience and background in sales operations coordination, ideally within heavy equipment sales, construction, or a fast-paced rental or dealership setting.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and deep familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven knack for multitasking and a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate seamlessly across diverse internal teams and communicate effectively with high-value clients.
  • Successful candidate must consent to a drug test and pass a background check upon accepting this position and prior to their start date.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Salesforce is a major plus!
  • Familiarity with heavy equipments or heavy machinery is highly preferred (but not a dealbreaker).

Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate quotes, contracts, and sales documentation while ensuring strict compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain and optimize our CRM system to ensure data integrity, update customer records, and generate actionable insights.
  • Partner closely with inventory and logistics teams to track equipment availability and meet fast-moving sales demands.
  • Act as the central liaison between Sales, Service, and internal departments to streamline workflows and resolve issues quickly.
  • Directly address customer inquiries regarding orders, delivery schedules, and product information with a high level of professionalism.
  • Continually audit and improve operational processes from initial lead management down to final deal closure.
