About The Position

The Sales Inventory Coordinator will oversee the entire Machine Sales inventory process for Brandeis Machinery & Supply Co.

Requirements

  • Four-year bachelor’s degree with a major in a business-related field required
  • Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills
  • Must possess good computer skills
  • Strong time-management skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers and haulers
  • Ability to successfully pass background & drug screen

Nice To Haves

  • Good understanding of the construction equipment business is not required but would be beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Purchase Orders Order Forecasting – Prepare and provide information needed for inventory meetings.
  • Purchase Orders – Create and/or enter Purchase Orders for stock and sold machines including Certified Rental and Bramco MPS.
  • Order Acknowledgements – Review and correct any discrepancies on orders with the manufacturers.
  • Order Revisions – Revise and communicate any change orders with the manufacturer.
  • Create EMT’s to notify branches of incoming equipment.
  • Machine Shipments Freight Arrangements – Coordinate with carriers the movement of incoming machines for stock or sale.
  • EMT Updates – revise and print EMT’s to branches to notify of the arrival of the equipment with specs and instructions’.
  • Order Receipt – Input all inventory into computer.
  • Equipment Costing – Approve invoices for machines, attachments, and acquisition freight and maintain proper costing of the equipment.
  • Inventory Control – Work with all branches to resolve inventory discrepancies at the branches.
  • Dealer Transfers – Work with our manufacturers and dealer on incoming and outgoing transfers of equipment.
