Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in food distribution, sales, or customer relationship management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team with preparing sales reports, presentations, and account summaries.
  • Support day-to-day activities related to customer service, order entry, and pricing updates.
  • Conduct market and product research to help identify new sales opportunities.
  • Work with cross-functional teams such as marketing, procurement, and logistics to support customer needs.
  • Help maintain CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data.
  • Participate in customer calls or meetings as appropriate and take meeting notes.
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
