Join RDO Equipment Co. as a Sales Intern and work alongside our sales, service, and parts teams to provide industry-leading solutions to customers. This paid internship is for college students and offers a structured training course to build your sales foundation, with potential for full-time employment upon graduation. RDO Equipment Co. is an industry-leading team focused on providing a world-class experience for customers and communities. The Moses Lake store is part of the Northwest Agriculture division, supporting farmers in Washington and Oregon.

Requirements

  • Tech-savvy approach: Be comfortable using a CRM platform, computers, and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

  • Explore dealership operations by rotating through departments to understand daily workflows and the value of teamwork.
  • Build sales skills, including relationship development, product knowledge, inventory management, and navigating company systems and processes.
  • Engage and grow by participating in customer interactions, team meetings, and company-sponsored training while representing RDO professionally.
  • Represent RDO with pride by maintaining a professional image, following safety protocols, and supporting a positive team environment.
