About The Position

COTY is looking for smart leaders who are tenacious, passionate, and fearlessly kind. We’re looking for a motivated Sales Intern to join the Canadian Cosmetics Team. This role offers meaningful hands-on work experience with a highly dynamic team. Reporting to the Cosmetics National Account Manager, this role will see you contributing to iconic global brands COVERGIRL, Rimmel London and Sally Hansen.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills, having good time management, and ability to prioritize workload are essential.
  • At ease to navigate multiple company programs and platforms to gather information needed for templates and assigned tasks.

  • Student or recent graduate in a business program looking for experience in the beauty industry

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Account Managers to complete multiple Sales Administrative tasks for major National Chains.
  • New item creations and maintaining existing items in vendor’s portals, and on templates.
  • Updating Sales Promotional Master tracker with event info.
  • Creating RAs (Return Authorizations) for Promotional and Basic items and filling out vendor RTV forms.
  • Manage the Claims Tracker and incoming requests.
  • Collaborate with the Field Team to help achieve in-store execution standards and sales targets.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to all sales objectives, ensuring that all initiatives are managed in a timely fashion.
