This role provides a unique opportunity to support Revenue Management, Sales, and Trade Marketing initiatives through data analysis, financial reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. The successful candidate will help drive informed business decisions by analyzing sales performance, trade spending, and marketing effectiveness while supporting key sales and revenue growth objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required or currently pursuing a bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of Sales, Finance, and general business principles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint with the ability to perform complex analysis and create professional presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
  • Ability to analyze large data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience designing and maintaining Power BI dashboards is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and validate complex trade claims, sales data, and business performance metrics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Track, evaluate, and report on marketing initiative performance, including return on investment (ROI) analysis and recommendations for future strategies.
  • Partner with Revenue Management and Trade Marketing teams to monitor, assess, and optimize trade spending across Distribution and Non-Commercial channels.
  • Investigate and resolve trade spend discrepancies, pricing issues, claim processing concerns, and related financial variances.
  • Build, analyze, and present profit and loss (P&L) statements to evaluate business performance and support planning activities.
  • Support revenue achievement by aligning analytical insights and recommendations with budget objectives and business targets.
  • Serve as a key liaison between remote Corporate Accounts sales teams and headquarters to ensure alignment, communication, and execution of priorities.
  • Collaborate with brokers, zone managers, Distribution teams, and Non-Commercial sales teams to support pricing analysis, claims resolution, and sales initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Lactalis Culinary products, sales priorities, market strategies, and customer needs.
  • Assist with identifying new business opportunities and gathering market intelligence through outreach to prospective and existing customers.
  • Optimize marketing partnership performance by identifying inefficiencies and recommending process improvements.
  • Leverage internal and external insights to streamline workflows and improve marketing and sales effectiveness.
  • Lead or support special projects, including sales reporting, performance recaps, dashboard development, and cross-functional business initiatives.
