This opportunity is based in the Canadian head office in Brantford Ontario, which is an easy commute from Kitchener/Waterloo, Hamilton, Burlington areas. You will be a part of a dynamic corporate Sales division. Working closely with our Key Account Managers, you will gain exposure to a variety of Canadian retailers. From budgeting, financial analysis, sales proposals and retail strategies you will own projects that you can see come to life in the market! Each term is unique and based upon trade or business opportunities that term. Your projects will support our dynamic business and may involve the following:

Requirements

  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Flexibility, able to adapt quickly to new information
  • Demonstrated capacity for leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strategic thinking, analyzing retailer data and make actionable recommendations
  • Problem solving skills – ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Demonstrated capacity for strong analytical skills with precise attention to detail
  • This role will require access to a vehicle for occasional off-site meetings and retail audits.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans in support of pre-established goals
  • Develop and maintain multi-level contacts with accounts and vendor partners
  • Analyze various POS data sources to identify new and emerging opportunities
  • Monitor promotional return on investment and make suggestions for future strategies
  • Provide timely updates on pricing, distribution, financial tracking and retail activity
  • Maximize internal resources in the development of business and customer plans
