About The Position

The Jackson® Internship Program offers practical work experience designed to enhance a student's academic, career, and personal development, while also helping Jackson identify talented individuals. This program is an investment in the future, providing students with opportunities to utilize their skills, foster personal growth, and engage in enjoyable and meaningful work assignments. Jackson’s Spring 2027 corporate internship program is a semester-long, in-person program commencing in Spring 2027. Commitment to this timeframe is crucial for consideration. Interns are expected to work part-time during standard business hours. The National Sales Desk partners with External Wholesalers to educate and provide sales support to financial advisors nationwide. Interns in the Sales Department will engage in skill development through Jackson’s Sales Academy, enhance public speaking abilities, participate in job shadowing, and contribute to projects that drive sales across the organization. The internship program offers real-world experience, networking opportunities, exposure to senior leaders, personal and professional development, career exploration, project-specific training, potential college credit, challenging assignments, accountability, value-added contributions, and competitive compensation. It includes formal and informal activities such as forums with Jackson leaders, volunteer activities, and team-building events.

Requirements

• Must be a senior at time of internship.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
