The Jackson® Internship Program offers practical work experience designed to enhance a student's academic, career, and personal development while assisting Jackson in identifying talented individuals. Jackson views its internship program as an investment in the future, aiming to provide students with opportunities to utilize their skills, foster personal growth, and engage in enjoyable and meaningful work assignments. The Spring 2027 corporate internship program is a semester-long, in-person program commencing in Spring 2027. Commitment to this timeframe is crucial for consideration. Interns are expected to work part-time during standard business hours. Jackson’s National Sales Desk collaborates with External Wholesalers to educate and support financial advisors nationwide. Sales Department interns will engage in skill development activities such as Jackson’s Sales Academy, public speaking practice, job shadowing, and work on impactful projects to drive sales across the organization. The program offers real-world experience, networking opportunities, exposure to senior leaders, personal and professional development, career exploration, project-specific training, potential college credit, challenging assignments, accountability, and valuable contributions. The internship program includes both formal and informal professional development activities, such as forums with Jackson leaders, volunteer activities, and team-building events.
