Requirements

Responsibilities

• Build long-term, trusting relationships with customers
• Grow the business through sales
• Control expenses to ensure profitability
• Inspect customer homes to determine service needs
• Prepare and present proposals to existing and new customers
• Network and cold call to generate sales leads
• Prospect via telephone and set appointments
• Complete all sales-related paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
