About The Position

Infinite Pest Solutions is seeking an experienced Pest Control Sales Inspector for their Orlando team. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position focused on inspecting residential and commercial properties, identifying pest and structural issues, recommending solutions, and closing sales. The role involves providing inspections and solutions for termite treatments and prevention, rodent control and exclusion, bed bug treatments, and commercial General Household Pest (GHP) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of pest control, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build customer confidence and close sales. This is not a door-to-door sales position.

Requirements

• 3+ years of pest-control experience preferred
• 3+ years of Rodent Exclusion Experience preferred
• Knowledge of termites, rodents, bed bugs, and general pest control strongly preferred
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to inspect structures thoroughly, including areas where pest activity may be present
• Comfortable discussing pricing and asking customers for the sale
• Organized and able to manage estimates and follow-ups
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
• Dependable, professional, and self-motivated

Nice To Haves

• Pest-control inspection or sales experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed residential and commercial pest inspections
• Identify pest activity, entry points, damage, and conducive conditions
• Explain findings clearly and professionally to customers
• Recommend appropriate treatment and prevention options
• Prepare accurate proposals and estimates
• Follow up on open estimates and opportunities
• Close sales and help customers choose the right solution
• Maintain accurate inspection, proposal, and customer records
• Coordinate with our service and office teams after the sale
• Develop relationships with commercial customers and property managers
• Represent Infinite Pest Solutions professionally throughout the Orlando market
