About The Position

Dodson Bros. Exterminating Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Inspector to join its team. The company has more than 600 employees and serves customers in seven states and the District of Columbia. Pest control experience is helpful but not required; the company provides ongoing, intensive training. The role requires a strong work ethic and commitment to customer service. The work schedule may need to be adjusted to meet customer needs, including occasional Saturday work.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Acceptable driving record and background check.
• Ability to work effectively with limited supervision.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to access physically restrictive areas and areas of significant height.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to customer service.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in the pest control industry.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial settings.
• Provide customer service at all times.
• Apply pesticides safely and effectively in accordance with product labels and state regulations.
• Attend and complete scheduled training and work toward becoming a registered technician or certified and/or licensed applicator.
• Adjust the standard work schedule as needed to meet customer needs, including occasional Saturday work.
