Sales Inspector Apprentice
About The Position
The Sales Inspector Apprentice is an entry-level role supporting the sales inspection process and helping ensure quality and compliance with company standards. The apprentice learns to evaluate products, identify defects, and verify that sales orders meet specifications and regulatory requirements. Working alongside experienced inspectors and sales teams, the apprentice gains hands-on experience in inspection techniques, documentation, and reporting. With experience, the apprentice is expected to develop the skills to conduct inspections independently and help improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The position provides a foundation for a career in quality assurance and sales inspection. The role also involves inspecting and treating homes and businesses, preparing proposals and presentations based on inspection findings, working toward service and sales goals, and educating customers about service options and pest-control solutions. Ongoing training and experience support continued development of industry knowledge and inspection skills. HomeShield Pest Control was founded in 2009. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of quality control principles.
- Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Previous experience or coursework related to quality assurance, sales, or manufacturing.
- Familiarity with inspection tools and measurement devices.
