About The Position

WebPros is the parent company behind a portfolio of leading web infrastructure and hosting automation brands, including cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, and others. We power the tools that hosting providers, resellers, and SMBs rely on to run and grow their businesses online. The Sales Hunter role is responsible for owning the outbound effort to open new target accounts in the US market, starting with an empty pipeline and a territory to build. Every new logo won adds revenue that cannot be obtained from the existing customer base.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of quota-carrying sales experience, with results you can show.
  • A record of building pipeline from cold and warm outbound.
  • A record of hitting or beating quota in a competitive market.
  • Experience running a consultative sales cycle end to end, with strong discovery and objection handling.
  • Working fluency in a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) and sales engagement tools.

Nice To Haves

  • Fluency in a second language: German, French, Spanish, Italian or Arabic.
  • Experience selling to hosting providers, resellers, agencies or MSPs.
  • Familiarity with GDPR and regional data protection as they affect sales processes.
  • Experience with channel or partner-influenced sales.

Responsibilities

  • Build your own pipeline through cold calling, email and social selling into target accounts.
  • Run each deal from first outreach through discovery, demo, negotiation and close.
  • Deliver new-logo revenue against monthly and quarterly quota.
  • Displace incumbent vendors where our products fit better, by making a clear business case to prospects who already have a working solution.
  • Follow up on regional inbound leads and give Marketing direct feedback on which messages turn into pipeline.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and forecast honestly.
  • Represent WebPros at regional events, webinars and partner activities when they help you create or close pipeline.

  • Development Budget: Annual personal growth allowance.
  • Learning Support: Udemy subscription & peer learning.
  • Public Transport & Meal Vouchers: Location-dependent benefits.
