About The Position

The On-Site Greeter/Sales Concierge serves as the first point of contact for prospective homebuyers visiting Coastal Club. This individual creates an exceptional first impression by providing outstanding hospitality, managing guest registration, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the Welcome Center and model homes are presentation-ready. The role is instrumental in delivering a seamless customer experience while supporting sales operations and community events.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Exceptional customer service and hospitality mindset.
Professional appearance and communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-through.
Comfortable learning technology and CRM systems.
Positive, energetic, solution-oriented attitude.
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
Ability to walk between the Welcome Center and model homes.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Ability to operate standard office equipment.

Nice To Haves

One year of customer service, hospitality, administrative, retail, or new home sales experience preferred.
CRM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Welcome every visitor in a warm, professional, and engaging manner.
Register all visitors accurately in the CRM system.
Conduct initial discovery conversations before introducing prospects to a Sales Consultant.
Offer refreshments and provide community maps, brochures, and sales materials.
Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere.
Coordinate customer handoffs to Sales Consultants.
Assist with appointment scheduling and calendar management.
Prepare and maintain sales collateral, pricing sheets, and community information.
Support CRM data entry and record accuracy.
Assist with administrative and follow-up activities.
Prepare the Welcome Center each day (lights, refreshments, coffee, cleanliness, music, etc.).
Monitor inventory of hospitality supplies and marketing materials.
Walk model homes daily to ensure presentation standards.
Report maintenance, housekeeping, landscaping, or safety concerns promptly.
Maintain knowledge of community amenities, homesites, floor plans, schools, shopping, dining, and local attractions.
Answer general community questions before introducing prospects to the Sales Consultant.
Support community events, Realtor events, grand openings, and customer appreciation events.
Process mail, packages, filing, copying, and other administrative duties.
Assist with special projects assigned by Sales Management.
