Requirements

• 2+ years in sales coordination, aviation distribution, or a related industry

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for customer interactions and internal coordination
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and multitask effectively

Nice To Haves

• Understanding of aviation parts, logistics, and distribution processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics teams, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain and update customer databases, sales reports, and inventory records
• Handle customer inquiries, providing product information and resolving order-related issues
• Support pricing and contract negotiations by preparing proposals and documentation
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows and client engagement events
• Track and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
• Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and company policies
