About The Position

The Advisor will meet the customer at their home and discuss the different options to replace or add to their current systems. The candidate should be able to think outside the box. Shall lead by example and arrive on time ready to work. Other duties include: Following through /updating job schedules. Orchestrating your crew deployment on a daily basis, in a timely manner. Communicate with foreman/office as to job status. Familiarity and ability to diagnose HVAC equipment and recognize equipment needs and/or repairs if, necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years HVAC experience.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
• Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Must be able to think outside the box.
• Must lead by example and arrive on time ready to work.
