This programme has been designed to develop future sales talent through a combination of practical experience, technical training, mentoring, and customer-facing responsibility. You'll spend time learning different areas of the business, including sales, operations, engineering, and depot functions, developing a strong understanding of MGF's products, services, and customers. Working alongside experienced sales professionals, you'll learn how to build and develop long-term customer relationships, understand customer requirements and provide consultative solutions, identify and develop new business opportunities, manage projects and key accounts within your region, work with technical teams to deliver the right solutions for customers, and use CRM systems to manage activity and support commercial growth. As your experience grows, you'll take increasing ownership of customer accounts and projects, developing into a confident sales professional with genuine career progression opportunities.
