About The Position

The Sales Front Desk Supervisor supports the delivery of memorable vacation experiences for Owners and guests in a friendly, supportive work environment. The role oversees sales-related data entry, coaches and develops associates, maintains hospitality items and equipment in the sales gallery, promotes the brand, and completes daily checklists and reports for management. The position also involves welcoming guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, and contributing to team goals while following company policies and safety procedures.

Requirements

• Highly motivated.
• Sales or customer service experience.
• Enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, pull, and stoop; and stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
• May be required to undergo background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data entry for sales tours, site packages, and self-generated leads in the computer software system.
• Coach and develop associates.
• Ensure hospitality items are available throughout the sales gallery in all locations.
• Promote awareness of the brand image internally and externally.
• Clean and maintain equipment and supplies.
• Complete daily checklists and reports and submit them to management at the end of the shift.
• Welcome and greet guests, and anticipate and address their needs.
• Interact professionally and promptly with colleagues and guests.
• Contribute to team goals.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.
