Position Overview Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Sales Planner / Forecaster will be the backbone of our demand planning process. You’ll ensure Khloud has accurate forecasts that align Sales, Finance, and Operations while enabling growth and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Finance.
  • 3–5 years of forecasting, sales planning, or demand planning in CPG.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills; experience with ERP or planning systems.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, prioritize, and work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Develop SKU-level forecasts at customer and channel level.
  • Support S&OP process by delivering accurate demand plans and scenarios.
  • Collaborate with Sales on promo planning, lifts, and new item launches.
  • Conduct variance analysis vs. budget and LY, with corrective actions.
  • Maintain forecast accuracy metrics and continuously refine methodologies.
  • Provide leadership with insights into risks, opportunities, and trends.
