About The Position

We are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales Floor Manager to lead our showroom team and drive revenue growth. This role is ideal for a strong closer with proven leadership skills who can motivate a team, maximize every sales opportunity, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Success in this role requires a competitive mindset, strong deal-structuring abilities, and the ability to coach a team to consistently exceed sales goals in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Two to five years of proven auto sales experience.
  • The ability to motivate, train, and hold a team of sales professionals accountable.
  • Fluency in dealership software to lead tracking.
  • Strong communication skills to handle escalated customer complaints on the floor.
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, authorized to work in the United States, possess a valid driver's license, and successfully complete a pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate sales team; set and track daily/monthly goals
  • Run daily huddles to review performance, inventory, and priorities
  • Assist in closing deals and resolving customer concerns
  • Ensure customers are greeted promptly and receive excellent service
  • Structure and desk deals, balancing profitability and customer needs
  • Monitor traffic, test drives, and sales activity to drive performance
  • Manage and maintain vehicle inventory and showroom presentation
