$75,000 - $110,000Onsite

About The Position

Del Amo Motorsports of Long Beach is looking for a high-energy, highly accountable Sales Manager / Floor Manager who knows how to lead from the front. This role requires a go-getter who thrives on the sales floor, connects naturally with customers, develops salespeople, creates urgency, holds people accountable, pays attention to the details, and knows how to get involved and CLOSE deals. The ideal candidate can walk into a showroom, immediately understand what is happening, identify where a deal is getting stuck, coach the salesperson, connect with the customer and help move the deal across the finish line.

Requirements

  • Previous automotive, powersports, RV, marine or other high-ticket retail sales management experience is strongly preferred.
  • Powersports experience is highly valuable, but leadership ability, sales instincts, closing ability and the capacity to develop people matter most.

  • LOVES TO CLOSE. When a customer is on the fence, you know how to ask the right questions, uncover the real objection and confidently ask for the business.
  • BUILDS PEOPLE. You don’t just tell salespeople what they’re doing wrong — you show them how to get better.
  • HOLDS PEOPLE ACCOUNTABLE. Expectations aren’t suggestions. You follow up, inspect what you expect and address performance issues quickly.
  • HAS EXCELLENT PEOPLE SKILLS. You can communicate with first-time buyers, experienced enthusiasts, employees and senior leadership equally well.
  • PAYS ATTENTION TO DETAILS. You understand that missed follow-up, incomplete CRM activity and poorly structured deals eventually become lost business.
  • CREATES ENERGY. Your presence makes the showroom better. You bring urgency, positivity and competitive energy to the floor.
  • UNDERSTANDS PROCESS. You believe great sales performance comes from executing a repeatable process consistently — not simply waiting for talented salespeople to figure it out themselves.
