About The Position

We are seeking a vibrant Sales Floor Manager responsible for leading day-to-day sales floor operations and driving consistent new home sales execution at the Caivan Sales Gallery. This role provides direct leadership to Sales Associates, ensures an exceptional customer experience, enforces sales processes and Customer Relations Management compliance, and maintains deal flow accuracy. The Sales Floor Manager serves as the on-site Sales Leader and direct liaison between Sales, Marketing and Operations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within a retail & customer service environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Strong time management skills to ensure daily tasks are completed on time
  • Organized with a high attention to detail
  • Evening & Weekend work required
  • Warm, polished and professional communication
  • Eager to learn and grow in Sales Operations

Nice To Haves

  • Post-Secondary Education with a focus on Sales, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Bilingual (English & French) is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily sales floor operations, including scheduling
  • Hire, onboard and train new Sales staff
  • Foster a professional, motivated and service oriented Sales culture that adheres to Caivan’s Sales Standards & Professional Conduct
  • Ensure offices and model homes are presented at Caivan’s Sales Gallery Operations & Housekeeping Standards
  • Mentor Sales Associates to anticipate the needs of Sales Consultants, providing pro-active support
  • Oversee CRM usage for Sales Associates and Sales Consultants, ensuring 100% of interactions are logged
  • Manage opening & closing procedures and overall Sales Gallery readiness
  • Ensure all prospective buyers receive prompt, professional and knowledgeable service
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer concerns and objections
  • Leads by example through demonstrating exceptional customer service
  • Reinforce existing Caivan process standards across all Sales Team members
  • Roll out and train any new sales office standards, always focusing on exceptional customer service
  • Validate contract accuracy and coach against any identified gaps in skills or knowledge
  • Hold Sales Associates accountable to timely compliance requirements including mortgage pre-approval and deposit collection
  • Maintain expert knowledge on homes, floor plans, pricing, options and incentives
  • Stay current on inventory, release schedules and pricing changes
  • Coordinate with marketing on promotions, signage and community events
