About The Position

This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with merchandise inquiries, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will adhere to Goodwill's Guiding Principles and achieve production goals. Key duties include placing and rotating merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and inventory, and ensuring dressing rooms are tidy. The role also involves adhering to company policies, following safety practices, and reporting any theft incidents to management.

Requirements

Ability to greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
Ability to assist customers with merchandise inquiries.

Ability to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
Adherence to Goodwill’s Guiding Principles.
Ability to ensure accurate counts.
Ability to achieve and exceed MGI production goals of (14) racks or carts per day.
Ability to place apparel, wares, shoes, accessories, etc., onto sales floor in correct location.
Ability to rotate merchandise from sales floor as needed.
Ability to maintain sales floor and inventory in a clean, neat and properly displayed manner.
Ability to maintain dressing rooms free of dust, dirt, fallen merchandise, and clutter.
Ability to remove hangers from cash wrap.
Adherence to all MGI and personnel policies and procedures.
Ability to follow good safety practices.
Ability to report safety hazards.
Ability to report all incidents of theft (both internal and external) to a management team member or Loss Prevention Manager.

Maintains dressing rooms free of dust, dirt, fallen merchandise, and clutter.
Removes hangers from cash wrap.
Adheres to all MGI and personnel policies and procedures.
Follows good safety practices, including reporting safety hazards.
Reports all incidents of theft (both internal and external) to a management team member or Loss Prevention Manager.
