About The Position
This position is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with merchandise inquiries, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will adhere to Goodwill's Guiding Principles and production goals, ensuring accurate counts and efficient merchandise rotation. Maintaining a clean, neat, and well-displayed sales floor and inventory is crucial for maximizing profits. The role also involves maintaining dressing rooms, adhering to company policies and safety practices, and reporting any theft incidents.

- Ability to maintain dressing rooms free of clutter.
- Ability to adhere to all MGI and personnel policies and procedures.
- Ability to follow good safety practices and report safety hazards.
- Ability to report incidents of theft.
Responsibilities
- Greets customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
- Assists customers with merchandise inquiries and promotes sales.
- Ensures 100% customer satisfaction.
- Adheres to the use of Goodwill’s Guiding Principles.
- Ensures accurate counts and achieves/exceeds MGI production goals (14 racks or carts per day).
- Places apparel, wares, shoes, accessories, etc., onto the sales floor in the correct location.
- Rotates merchandise from the sales floor as needed.
- Maintains sales floor and inventory in a clean, neat, and properly displayed manner to maximize profits.
- Maintains dressing rooms free of dust, dirt, fallen merchandise, and clutter.
- Removes hangers from cash wrap.
- Adheres to all MGI and personnel policies and procedures.
- Follows good safety practices, including reporting safety hazards.
- Reports all incidents of theft (internal and external) to a management team member or Loss Prevention Manager.
