About The Position

This role is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with merchandise inquiries, promoting sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The associate will adhere to Goodwill's Guiding Principles and work towards achieving production goals. Key duties include stocking and rotating merchandise, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor and inventory, and ensuring dressing rooms are tidy. The position also requires adherence to company policies, good safety practices, and reporting any theft incidents.

Requirements

• Ability to greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Ability to assist customers with merchandise inquiries and promote sales.

• Ability to achieve and exceed MGI production goals of 14 racks or carts per day.
• Ability to place merchandise in correct locations on the sales floor.
• Ability to rotate merchandise as needed.
• Ability to maintain a clean, neat, and properly displayed sales floor and inventory.
• Ability to maintain clean dressing rooms.
• Ability to adhere to all MGI and personnel policies and procedures.
• Ability to follow good safety practices and report safety hazards.
• Ability to report incidents of theft.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly, and courteous manner.
• Assist customers with merchandise inquiries and promote sales.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to the use of Goodwill’s Guiding Principles.
• Achieve and exceed the MGI production goals of (14) racks or carts per day.
• Place apparel, wares, shoes, accessories, etc., onto the sales floor in the correct location.
• Rotate merchandise from the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain the sales floor and inventory in a clean, neat, and properly displayed manner to maximize profits.
• Maintain dressing rooms free of dust, dirt, fallen merchandise, and clutter.
• Remove hangers from the cash wrap.
• Adhere to all MGI and personnel policies and procedures.
• Follow good safety practices, including reporting safety hazards.
• Report all incidents of theft (both internal and external) to a management team member or Loss Prevention Manager.
