About The Position

TJ Maxx is seeking a Part-Time Sales Floor Associate to join their team. This role is responsible for delivering a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. The associate will adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. This position may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. The role models established customer experience practices, supports a positive store culture, accurately handles customer transactions, and promotes loyalty programs. Additionally, the associate will maintain merchandising standards, process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and maintenance. The position also involves supporting shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and other duties as assigned.

Retail customer experience preferred

Accurately processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor
Initiating and participating in store recovery
Maintaining all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor
Participating in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store
Supporting and participating in store shrink reduction goals and programs
Participating in safety awareness and maintaining a safe environment
