About The Position

DACO Corporation is seeking an ambitious, driven, and people-focused Field Sales Specialist to manage the sales strategy for a defined territory. This role involves scouting and developing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions. The position offers autonomy, a collaborative culture, and the chance to make a significant impact by offering a wide range of warehouse and material handling solutions.

Requirements

A people-person with killer presentation and relationship-building skills.
A self-starter with organizational superpowers.
Comfortable in front of groups, and sales metrics.
Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and technical learning ability.
Willingness to hit the road primarily in Western Washington (up to 75%) and make things happen face-to-face.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience in B2B sales, industrial/commercial, or material handling sales, or a technical environment.
Experience or background in industrial engineering or sales.
Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
2+ years of experience in direct sales and/or product management.
Familiarity with Industrial Warehouse design and system products associated with Material Handling.
