About The Position

DACO Corporation is seeking an ambitious, driven, and people-focused Field Sales Specialist to manage the sales strategy for a defined territory. This role involves scouting and developing new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships, delivering product demonstrations, and providing tailored solutions. The position offers autonomy, a collaborative culture, and the chance to make a significant impact by offering a wide range of warehouse and material handling solutions.

Requirements

  • A people-person with killer presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-starter with organizational superpowers.
  • Comfortable in front of groups, and sales metrics.
  • Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and technical learning ability.
  • Willingness to hit the road primarily in Western Washington (up to 75%) and make things happen face-to-face.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales, industrial/commercial, or material handling sales, or a technical environment.
  • Experience or background in industrial engineering or sales.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • 2+ years of experience in direct sales and/or product management.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Warehouse design and system products associated with Material Handling.

  • Scout and develop new business opportunities in Western Washington and beyond.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver game-changing product demonstrations and training.
  • Understand customer needs deeply and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Warehouse & Material Handling Subject Matter Experts, Engineering/ Project Management, and more.
  • Travel within the region, connect, solve, grow — then repeat.
