About The Position

DACO Corporation, a leader in Warehouse and Material Handling solutions, is seeking an ambitious and driven Field Sales Specialist to manage sales strategies within a defined territory. This role involves building client relationships, solving problems, and delivering tailored solutions. The position offers autonomy, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to make a significant impact by providing a wide range of warehouse and material handling solutions to customers.

Requirements

  • People-person with strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and working with sales metrics.
  • Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and technical learning ability.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% in Western Washington for face-to-face interactions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in B2B sales, industrial/commercial, or material handling sales, or a technical environment.
  • Experience or background in industrial engineering or sales.
  • Familiarity with Industrial Warehouse design and system products associated with Material Handling.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Industrial Engineering.

Responsibilities

  • Scout and develop new business opportunities in Western Washington and beyond.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and training.
  • Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales, Warehouse & Material Handling Subject Matter Experts, Engineering/ Project Management, and more.
  • Travel within the region to connect with clients and solve problems.
