About The Position

Sunrun, a leader in home solar and battery solutions since 2007, is seeking a highly organized, creative, and proactive Program Coordinator to support the Senior Director of Sales Experience. This role is crucial for fostering a world-class culture within the Sales organization by assisting in the design, planning, and execution of impactful events and strategic internal communications. The ideal candidate will manage logistical details for events while also contributing creative content for announcements and newsletters, acting as a key support for Sales Experience leadership to ensure all interactions with sales representatives are professional and aligned with the Sunrun brand.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years in Program Coordination, Event Planning, Marketing, or Sales Enablement.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a sales-first, energetic, and clear voice.
  • High degree of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and project management software.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and prioritize tasks based on immediate impact.
  • Curiosity for using AI to streamline administrative workflows and creative brainstorming.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of Sales Experience events, including leadership off-sites, national sales incentives, and recognition trips.
  • Manage vendor outreach, track contracts, and maintain a master calendar for event-related deadlines (catering, AV, décor).
  • Provide on-site support during events, managing registration, attendee needs, and troubleshooting logistics.
  • Assist in creating and distributing sales-facing communications such as weekly videos, channel announcements, and intranet posts.
  • Maintain a library of Sales Experience assets (photos, videos, presentation templates).
  • Monitor open rates and engagement metrics for internal communications and provide basic reports to leadership.
  • Utilize project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, or Trello) to track Sales Experience initiatives.
  • Assist in managing the Sales Experience budget by processing invoices, tracking expenses, and reconciling costs.
  • Proactively use AI tools for drafting communication copy, brainstorming event themes, and automating administrative tasks.
