As a Sales Experience Manager, you are a hands-on, field-based leader responsible for building sales capability through real-time coaching and consistent execution. You will spend the majority of your time working side-by-side with Cast Members in live sales environments—observing guest interactions, delivering immediate feedback, and reinforcing behaviors that drive results. This is not a desk-based leadership role. Success comes from being present in the field, actively coaching, and ensuring that every Cast Member consistently delivers a high-quality, guest-focused sales experience aligned with the Disney Difference. You will report to the Sales Director. This is a Full-Time fully on-site role.
