Requirements

  • 2-5 years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience in outside sales).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to adapt to various work environments (industrial, medical, office, retail, etc.), where air quality and temperature may vary.
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check due to the safety-sensitive nature of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Explore new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
  • Perform market research to gain insights into industry trends and potential opportunities.
  • Conduct building surveys, present proposals, and finalize sales by addressing client needs and objections.
  • Build and nurture relationships with property managers, business owners, and industry associations.
  • Carry out competitive analysis and stay up-to-date with developments in the facility maintenance sector.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively using CRM tools to monitor and follow up on leads.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and service delivery for new clients.
  • Act as a representative for City Wide Facility Solutions at networking events, industry conferences, and community activities.
