The Sales Executive will promote brand image, process reservation requests, changes, and cancellations, and enter Marriott Rewards information. General office duties to support Sales & Marketing are also part of the role. Additionally, the position requires assisting management in training and motivating employees, adhering to company policies, maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality, protecting company assets, and welcoming guests according to company standards. The role involves anticipating and addressing guest needs, communicating clearly and professionally, preparing and reviewing documents accurately, and answering telephones with proper etiquette. Developing positive working relationships, supporting team goals, and responding appropriately to employee concerns are also key. The Sales Executive will monitor performance to ensure quality standards and visually verify information. Physical requirements include moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Other reasonable job duties may be requested by supervisors.
