About The Position
RS Group is hiring ambitious individuals looking to start or continue a career in sales and logistics. We are not looking for “order takers.” We are looking for driven people who want to learn how to sell, communicate, solve problems, and grow professionally and make money. Our sales team is built around mentorship, accountability, and continuous development. You’ll receive hands-on training in freight brokerage, customer development, negotiation, and relationship management while working alongside leaders with decades of industry experience.
