About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions of Tulsa is seeking a driven Sales Executive to join their team. This is a full-cycle sales role focused on new business development, from prospecting to closing. The ideal candidate is a tenacious closer with a passion for building lasting client relationships, who thrives on finding new business, sells with integrity and confidence, and excels at understanding client needs. The role involves working closely with a talented and supportive team to build mutually profitable relationships and contribute to a positive, high-energy work environment. The compensation structure is designed to reward top performers, with potential to earn over $120,000 in the first year.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of proven success in outside B2B sales.
  • Highly organized with the ability to follow a defined sales process, effectively moving clients from prospect to close.
  • Experience with a short sales cycle and a track record of strong closing skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and the MS Office Suite, including Outlook.
  • Prior sales training and a passion for continuous learning.
  • An outgoing and energetic personality with excellent communication skills, comfortable facilitating presentations and one-on-one meetings.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

  • Aggressively prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients.
  • Lead the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment to creating compelling proposals and delivering impactful presentations.
  • Overcome objections and close deals by preparing and presenting persuasive and appealing proposals.
  • Proactively build a robust prospect pipeline daily and consistently achieve key sales metrics.
  • Utilize and manage our CRM system to accurately document and track all customer information.
