About The Position
Jarvis Law is seeking a full-time, in-office Sales Executive for their Estate Planning and Elder Law practice. The role involves meeting with approximately 10 families per week who have already expressed interest in asset protection. The Sales Executive will act in a consultative capacity to help these families make informed decisions. The company emphasizes an educational approach rather than high-pressure sales tactics, and the position is available due to growing demand. The firm is family-owned with offices in Dublin, Lancaster, and St. Clairsville, Ohio.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Run consultations with families who booked time with us. About 10 a week.
- Follow a proven sales process with coaching and training.
- Present our planning solutions and ask for the decision to schedule with an attorney.
- Hand off cleanly to our attorneys with appropriate documentation.
- Follow up with families.
- Keep your pipeline clean.
