About The Position

The Sales Executive position is responsible for managing account(s). Key responsibilities include overseeing and maintaining the relationship with the account to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that arise. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, preparing regular sales reports and forecasts to track performance, and informing strategic decisions. Providing exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any concerns is also a crucial part of the job.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the relationship with the customer in a manner that makes Buckman attractive and prevents attrition.
  • Bringing savings projects to the customer to help improve the process (>10% of sales each year).
  • Reaching annual sales targets by increasing volumes or obtaining new applications.
  • Servicing the account in a manner that keeps the customer happy.
