About The Position

The Sales Executive will join the Instem Clinical Sales team, reporting to the SVP of Commercial. This role is responsible for all sales and assigned opportunities and accounts within a defined territory. The Sales Executive will maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with prospective customers for existing software products, outsourced services, and new business growth initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience managing accounts and new sales
  • Previous relevant experience and understanding of sales cycle & sales funnel management
  • Sales negotiation skills
  • Software and/or IT service solutions/Life Science sales background
  • Good skill level in salesforce.com or equivalent CRM systems
  • Well-rounded Windows/PC skills

Responsibilities

  • Working with Finance and sales operation team, creating and submitting sales bookings
  • Working with Global Sales team to maximise product sales and annual fee retention
  • Visiting customers / attending tradeshows when required
  • Maintaining an accurate record of Opportunities in SalesForce (CRM)
  • Attending Sales meetings and industry events
  • Liaising with Operations team to deliver projects
  • Building the sales pipeline and managing and progressing the sales funnel
  • Working cross-functionally with colleagues across the business to present Instem and our products and consultatively develop solutions that align value for clients
  • Adherence to the Company’s Quality Management System to ensure that all work is handled Securely, Professionally and Diligently.
