About The Position

Super Lawyers is a rating service that recognizes outstanding lawyers based on peer recognition and professional achievement through a multi-phased selection process. We are seeking a passionate Sales Executive with experience in driving sales and revenue growth within a territory, motivated by uncapped commissions, to join our market-leading company. The Account Manager, Super Lawyers, will be responsible for growing sales of Super Lawyers (digital and print) advertising to existing clients, partnering with the FindLaw sales channel to establish contacts, networks, and leads. This role reports to the Super Lawyers Sales Manager and is a remote position.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years successful sales quota attainment experience
  • Experience in prospecting/cold calling environment required
  • Experience in the Legal Industry
  • Have the ability to close sales over the phone or in person as travel may be required
  • Strong organizational and time management skills coupled with the ability to embrace change
  • Pipeline management skills in the CRM environment required – Salesforce.com experience strongly preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills including negotiation skills surrounding products, solutions and price with customers, and accurate forecasting

Responsibilities

  • Drive Results: Individually manage assigned project leads, prospect for new opportunities and consistently apply superior salesmanship using consultative and solution-based sales. Must achieve both print and on line objectives.
  • Consult with client regarding print and web- based marketing strategies and solutions that will meet their business needs and improve their ability to generate leads and cases
  • Closing: Achieve and exceed company and personal sales and activity goals through negotiations and product offering within set parameters
  • Sales Process: Participate in pre-sales calls and demonstrate online products using web-based tools (Microsoft Teams, GLANCE, etc.) via telephone
  • Product Proposition: Cultivate, maintain, and engage customers on business products in order to promote usage and revenue growth objectives
  • Reporting: Gather and log all call information, sale orders, and profile activity within Salesforce, FindLaws CRM system, correctly and accurately; ensuring proper marketing sources are credited appropriately
  • Client and Market Intelligence: Provide territory market and competitive information to FindLaw for internal business decisions and positions
  • Industry Knowledge – Stay current with industry online marketing concepts including (but not limited to) SEO/SEM, linking strategies and search engine functionality – help educate customers as needed to achieve their online marketing goals
