About The Position

ADP Compliance Solutions is hiring a Sales Executive for the Medium Enterprise segment (1000–3500 employees) in the Eastern US. This role involves direct selling and partner activation. The Sales Executive will lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives selling ADP solutions (payroll, tax, HR, benefits) to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include guiding the team to achieve sales objectives, coordinating with clients, internal support, and the team, as well as recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching. Multitasking and prioritization are essential for managing various stakeholders and achieving goals. Requirements

  • 2+ years of business-to-business sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent client interaction and presentation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and motivational abilities.
  • Willingness to deliver performance feedback and coaching.
  • High integrity and reliability.
  • Expert time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent planning skills for implementing sales strategies.
  • Two or more years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, OR Military Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business and the team's capabilities within an assigned geography, closing sales and reaching goals.
  • Provide direction, motivation, and support to the sales team, ensuring compliance with the Salesforce Automation System.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales associates, providing continuous feedback and coaching.
  • Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public through field presence, trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars.
  • Stay current on ADP product technology.
