The Sales Executive will lead a team of field-based Sales Representatives selling ADP solutions (payroll, tax, HR, benefits) to new and existing clients. Responsibilities include guiding the team to achieve sales objectives, coordinating with clients, internal support, and the team, as well as recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching.
