About The Position

The Sales Executive position pays a base wage of $7.25 per hour with production pay where the annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for Hilton Head Island Worksite in 2024 was between $22,333 and $695,867. SIGN-ON BONUS Currently offering a $10,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! $5000 paid after successful completion of 45 days and $5000 paid after 6 months of employment. Must be active employee to be eligible. Additional terms and conditions apply to the Sign-on Bonus, which terms and conditions will be provided upon hire and provided upon request during the application process. Qualifier: must have worked in a sales position in the timeshare industry within the last three years for a minimum of one year. Requirements

  • Must have worked in a sales position in the timeshare industry within the last three years for a minimum of one year.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Position may require background and drug screening, in accordance with state and local requirements.
  • The incumbent is required to maintain an active and in good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law.

Nice To Haves

  • One-year related experience is preferred.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

  • Answer Owner questions regarding the use of properties and location amenities; make recommendations given the background information obtained on the owner through discovery.
  • Follow up on referrals/leads from Owners.
  • Fulfill requests from Owners or prospects regarding pricing, property maps, property descriptions, room locations, and portfolio/network information.
  • Contact Owners to monitor satisfaction, make them aware of upcoming promotions, and develop business opportunities (e.g., reloads, referrals).
  • Develop and maintain records on customer contacts and use that information to support effective follow-up opportunities.
  • Welcome and greet all guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
