About The Position

City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a driven, high-energy Sales Executive to join their team and drive growth in the West Houston area. This is a fast-paced, high-reward role where ambition translates directly into success. The company offers comprehensive facility solutions and is a nationally recognized brand. The role is a true hunter role, responsible for the full sales cycle from prospecting and opening doors to delivering presentations and closing deals. Once a deal is closed, the operations team handles service delivery, allowing the Sales Executive to focus on pipeline building. The ideal candidate thrives on activity, competition, and results, and desires full ownership of a high-growth territory.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of B2B sales experience with a proven, documented track record of hitting or exceeding quota
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
  • Analytical thinking and sharp negotiation skills
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and opening doors to delivering compelling presentations and closing.
