About The Position

ADP is hiring a Sales Executive. This role involves leading a team of field-based Sales Representatives who sell ADP solutions, including payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits to new and existing clients. The Sales Executive will guide their team towards achieving sales objectives through coordination and communication between ADP's clients, prospects, internal support partners, and their team. Additionally, the role includes recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales associates, providing performance feedback and coaching. Multitasking and prioritization are essential for success in this role, as is the ability to juggle different work activities and shift attention between tasks based on urgency. Requirements

  • A successful track record of business-to-business sales experience (2+ years).
  • Excellent client interaction and stellar presentation skills.

  • Strong time management, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent planning skills to implement successful sales strategies.
  • Two or more years of business-to-business sales or sales management experience with an impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, OR Military Experience.

Responsibilities

  • Grow business within an assigned geography by closing sales, winning business, and reaching sales goals through the effective use of planned resources.
  • Provide overall direction, motivation, and support to the sales team in a designated territory, ensuring Sales Associates utilize the Salesforce Automation System and implementing an audit procedure for compliance.
  • Recruit, hire, interview, identify, and motivate Sales Associates, providing continuous feedback on performance and coaching, and helping to develop their careers.
  • Represent ADP to customers, prospects, and the public by spending time in the field, at trade shows, demonstrations, and seminars, and staying current on ADP product technology.
