Republic Master Chefs is Southern California’s leader in uniform and linen services, family-owned and operated since 1932. We provide a wide range of products and services including restaurant table linens, chef coats, server uniforms, aprons, kitchen towels, butcher coats, sheets, bath towels, mats, mops, and restroom services. This position is responsible for driving new business sales within the North Orange County region, focusing on the hospitality field. The role involves cold calling, prospecting, and territory management to secure new customers for our uniform and linen services. Requirements

  • Outside B2B Sales Experience
  • Experience prospecting and cold calling
  • Proven sales success in outside sales
  • Strong presentation skills
  • A Professional manner and appearance
  • Exceptional organization and customer service abilities
  • Computer literate

  • College degree preferred but not required for sales representatives
  • Education can be supplemented by comparable years of relative sales experience

Responsibilities

  • Effectively carry out the new business sales effort for Republic Master Chefs.
  • Focus on the North Orange County region, including areas like Anaheim, Santa Ana, Tustin, Orange, Montebello, Norwalk, La Habra, Brea, Garden Grove, Fountain Valley, Fullerton, and Cerritos.
  • Develop new customers by selling uniform and linen services to the retail hospitality industry (Restaurants, Hotels, Country Clubs, Night Clubs, etc.).
  • Engage in cold calling, prospecting, and managing a territory to write new business.
  • Develop qualified prospects through cold calling, telemarketing, networking, and other opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and make presentations.
  • Consult with prospects to assess needs and develop proposals.
  • Convert prospects into customers through the execution of service agreements and necessary forms.
