About The Position

This is a field-based role focused on driving sales of Airway Management products within the New Orleans territory. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, achieving sales targets, and delivering product education and training in clinical environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 2–4 years of sales experience (medical device preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing role
  • Willingness to travel daily and handle equipment (up to 35 lbs)
  • Must reside within the New Orleans territory
  • Ability to travel daily and work independently in a fast-paced medical sales environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive growth across your territory by building strong relationships with physicians, clinicians, and key decision-makers in hospitals, surgery centers, and emergency settings.
  • Lead product demos and trainings.
  • Expand adoption of airway management solutions.
  • Represent KARL STORZ at industry events.
  • Consistently exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and grow territory sales, meeting or exceeding assigned quotas.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and in-service training for hospital and clinical staff.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for target accounts.
  • Respond to leads, maintain customer relationships, and report sales activity.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conventions.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and support teams.
  • Manage territory expenses and company assets.
