About The Position

Policaro Group is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Executive with a passion for luxury vehicles and exceptional customer service to join their high-performance team at Volvo Cars Waterloo. As a Sales Executive, you will work with premium brands and cutting-edge technology, delivering world-class experiences to clients. The role involves building and maintaining client relationships, providing a VIP buying experience, staying updated on industry trends, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the finance department.

Requirements

• Proven experience in automotive sales or luxury sales
• Passion for premium vehicles and delivering outstanding customer experience
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Self-motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented mindset
• Valid driver's license and OMVIC certification

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide a VIP buying experience from the first test drive to vehicle delivery
• Stay up to date on latest models, features, and industry trends
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Collaborate with the finance department to ensure seamless transactions
